"We were returning from Queensland to the NT when the motor in our old car blew up. The dealer principal Lee Pulman at Bell and Moir Toyota organised everything for us. He arranged for storage of our camper trailer at no cost and gave us a loan car as we decided to purchase a new Toyota Prado. All the staff at Bell and Moir Toyota were extremely helpful and friendly and bent over backwards to help us as we were 2000kms from home. The service we received was second to none and we will return to Bell and Moir Toyota in the future for any further purchases or servicing.

Parris Moon was our salesman and he went beyond "normal" salesmanship to help us get into our new Prado. Parris was courteous, well mannered, knowledgeable and resourceful given the extreme circumstances he was placed under. Top job!!!

We were on a strict time frame to return to work at Uluru in the NT and all staff at Bell and Moir Toyota made sure we didn't miss our deadline. The workshop manager collected our camper van for us and brought it back to the dealership and noticed that there was a provision for an Anderson plug on the trailer. In noticing this the workshop manager consulted the dealer principal and an Anderson plug was fitted free of charge. This degree of customer service I have not seen in the past and I will be recommending Bell and Moir to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle, new or second hand. Great service!!!!"
